Josh leads strategy and AI implementation — the person inside growing businesses who actually gets the AI stuff built. Noah leads engineering. He's been building software since 2021 on large teams — most recently at Colonial Pipeline, where reliability and backend infrastructure aren't negotiable.

Together, we've shipped the lead generation automation at Vetrix that plugs into Salesforce (David Bolton runs that one today) and the internal AI workflows running in production at Miles AG. Josh also runs the technical side of marketing and ops at Downforce Media across multiple brands. We bring the rigor of regulated-industry software to AI work that usually cuts those corners.

Discovery

90 minutes on a video call. I map your stack, your top three bottlenecks, and the 2–3 workflows where AI will actually pay off. You leave with a concrete plan — even if you don't hire me.

Step 02 · Weeks 2–3

Pilot

I build a working version using your actual data. Not a mockup. Not a Figma. An actual automation running on your actual inputs. You see it work before you commit to the full build.

Step 03 · Week 4+

Ship & tune

Full deployment, team training, documentation. Most clients extend into a monthly retainer by the second build because more things need building. You choose the cadence.
